Purchase financing versus membership programs

Purchase-oriented equipment financing and Device-as-a-Service or membership programs can both use monthly payments, but their ownership, services, renewal, return, and end-of-term terms may be very different.

Use the approved vendor link for the program you intend to enter. Do not substitute a membership link for purchase financing, or the reverse.

Purchase-oriented financing

This path generally supports acquiring equipment under a commercial financing agreement. The signed documents determine ownership and obligations.

Device-as-a-Service or membership

This path generally provides access to equipment and may bundle training, warranty, support, supplies, or other services. The customer agreement determines title, renewal, return, purchase, upgrade, and end-of-term responsibilities.
